Orders
We take orders from whole Europe and selected countries outside Europe. If your country is not listed, we do not accept orders from your country.
Orders can be done
through the webshop 24/7. First time customers please read Shopping
instructions.
For personal service orders can be done via phone +46 451-59877 under our
phone opening hours:
Monday through Thursday:
09.00 till 16.30 CET, Lunch between 12.00-13.00 CET. Fridays: 09.00-12.00
CET. Saturday & Sunday: Closed.
Sometimes we can be out visiting customers, in this case speak in information
on our answering machine, and we call you up.
You can also place orders through Fax: +46 451-59878.
We always send (via fax or e-mail) order confirmation.
Orders placed before 2.00PM CET Mondays though Thursdays and before 10.30AM CET Fridays are sent out same day (if we have all in stock and payment is done) if DPD shipment, otherwise orders with TNT/Fedex/UPS etc. needs to be placed prior to 11.00AM CET.
Normally we have all in stock, however some products could be temporary sold out and a delivery time could be max 2-3 weeks.
If products are not in stock (check status for this, it shows stock levels at each product) and you order, we cannot accept order, since price may change from time to time when we buy due to USD/SEK/EURO exchange rates. If you order more parts than we have in stock, we will only send what we have and not backorder any parts. We do not ship backorders for free. If some parts hasn't been sent in full, you need to re-order when we have parts in stock again.
Payment
We can only accept payments with PAYPAL (EURO only) or wire transfer to our IBAN account (SEK or EURO). We will send out payment instructions before delivery for all private persons outside Sweden and for all companies outside Scandinavia & Finland. More info below under each country or area.

of condition - EC Countries
(ZONE 1):
Denmark - Finland
New from 12th of March 2010,
we now offer lower shipping costs to private persons in Denmark & Finland
after testing the MyPACK parcel service from the Swedish, Danish & Finnish
service. In Denmark it is taken care of by Danish post and in Finland it is
taken care of a separate mail company with many places to collect the packages,

All sales are made in advance payment (private persons) or with invoice 15 days net (companies) unless other is agreed to our Swedish IBAN account (which can easily be used together with Danish and Finnish internet banks as a foregin payment). Payments can also be done using the safe PAYPAL method with credit cards, please send us info about this when ordering on special instructions and we send you a PAYPAL invoice.
Please note we can only invoice in Euro (if PAYPAL is used) or EURO or SEK (if payment to IBAN account is used). Select currency in the webshop before you buy.
Companies must give us their EC VAT#, otherwise we have to add Swedish VAT which currently is 25%.
Private persons within EC always pays Swedish VAT which is currently 25%.

delivery time 2-3days Door to Door.
Shipment where the buyer has an account can be arranged with TNT, Fedex or
UPS at no extra charge.
We send with the cheapest (best for the customer) alternative as standard
unless other is provided.

MyPack
costs 140 SEK / 14 Euro including VAT (this new low price is valid from 2010-03-12).
Normal
Air Mail (*) costs
70 SEK / 7 Euro including VAT.
(*) Normal air mail is only valid for orders less
than 625SEK / 62,50 EURO including VAT.
When sending with Normal Air Mail, there is no insurance or tracking info,
the customer is responsible for lost or damaged goods.

Norwedigan
customers do not pay Swedish VAT (both valid for companies and private customers).

Note that TNT isn't only weight dependant, it is also volume dependant so
even bigger parcels that only weight 0.5Kg could be classed as more in weight!
For TNT and DPD is custom handlings included, though not import fees and othher
toll related fees.
Orders needs to be placed prior to 11.00AM (CET) to be sent out same day,
this since we need to book pickup for TNT/UPS/Fedex etc.
Shipment
options (Private persons):
Registered mail cost 190 SEK / 19 EURO, Max 1Kg or value of 5000 SEK (500
EURO).
Normal Air
Mail (*) costs
70 SEK / 7 Euro.
(*) Normal air mail is only valid for orders less
than 500SEK / 50,00 EURO.
When sending with Normal Air Mail, there is no insurance or tracking info,
the customer is responsible for lost or damaged goods.
Please note we cannot send packages to private persons that weight more than
1Kg to Norway, instead we then need to charge double costs and 2 packages
etc.
Since Norway is
outside EC and no tax is added on any order (private or company), we cannot
send goods to delivery adresses within Sweden, since this would then mean
taxfree shipments within Sweden and that is not allowed by law.

Countries (ZONE 5):

We can ONLY invoice in EURO. We will change from SEK to EURO if orders are placed in SEK value.
Companies and Private persons do not pay Swedish VAT for countries outside EC.

Door to Door service (DPD, TNT, UPS) from 0-10Kg costs 149 EURO, estimated
delivery time 3-6days.
Shipment where the buyer has an account can be arranged with TNT, Fedex or
UPS at no extra charge.
Shipment
options (Private persons):
Registered mail cost
29 EURO, Max 1Kg or value of 300 EURO, this due to customs regulations.
We do not accept orders from private persons higher than this value!
Normal Air Mail costs 19 Euro, Max 500gram or a calue of 50 Euro.
(*) Normal air mail is only valid for orders less than 500SEK / 50,00 EURO. When sending with Normal Air Mail, there is no insurance or tracking info, the customer is responsible for lost or damaged goods.
Please note we cannot send packages that weight more than 2Kg to countries outside EC, instead we then need to charge double costs and 2 packages etc.
Customers (private or company) from countries outside EC do not pay Swedish VAT and thus shipment to a country within EC is strictly forbidden and is treated as tax fraud. We will remove these orders. Orders outside EC must be delivered and imported to the buyers country or we (LAWICEL AB) do an illegal action and have to pay penalties and VAT for something we cannot get VAT afterwards. We do not sell TAXfree within EC.

Prices:
We reserve us for price adjustments depening on exchange rates and other unpredictable
things outside our control.
Some products are based on USD or
EURO currency and these can variate much day from day.
In this case a base currency is given in bold letters for the given product
and if it deviates too much,
we will change price on the invoice day, e.g.: 1USD=8,00SEK +/-1%
and 1EURO=10,30SEK +/-1%
NOTE!
Companies within EC do not pay Swedish VAT if they provide us with their EC
VAT#.
Companies outside EC never pay Swedish VAT.
Private persons within EC pay Swedish VAT which is 25% right now.
Private persons outside EC never pay Swedish VAT.
